Two Friends, Two Cards

Sometimes I really like simple. Today, I can't decide. In person, I think I like the plain card. On my computer screen, I think I like the one with the teapot. I couldn't decide, so I'll share both versions of the same card with you. Hopefully you'll like at least one of them.
Design Details:

The teapot and cups are colored with inks, markers, and a water brush on Strathmore water color paper.

For the sentiment, I inked the actual metal die with ink before cutting and embossing. It acts like a stamp and I ended up with the pink rimmed tag you see. You need to use a slower drying ink, such as a pigment, chalk or hybrid ink. I used VersaMagic. Then I just rinsed the die off with water. I've seen so many of the Spellbinders' team doing this during the recent release that I just had to give it a try. And I love it!

What's In It?
Stamps- Tea Time (Lizzie Anne Designs)
Cardstock- white (Papertrey Ink); watercolor (Strathmore); pink pirouette, rose red (SU!)
Pattern Paper- bittersweet: hand-dipped and truffle (Basic Grey)
Ink- onyx black (VersaFine); pixie dust (VersaMagic); pretty in pink, old olive, brocade blue, rose red, close to cocoa (SU!)
Accessories- circle punches; rectangle and circle nesties, ribbon tag trio dies (Spellbinders); silver gelly roll pen (Sakura); ribbon (Michael's); foam adhesive dots; sewing machine and thread
