I made this sweet little quickie with Fall-To Layout #49. I also used Julee's snazzy little method seen here to jazz up my flower. I covered it with Glossy Accents. Then, while it's still wet, add just a hint of glitter. I also added some tiny rhinestones to the dotted parts of the sentiment.
