Vellum Snowman

What's In It?
Stamps: Christmas in the City (LAD)
Paper: blue bayou, bashful blue, heavy vellum (SU), pearlized white (Paper Accents)
Ink: brocade blue, bashful blue, choc chip, pumpkin (SU), tuxedo black (Memento)
Other: ribbon (Cosmo Cricket), tag die (Spellbinders), sponge, stylus, glitter, glue pen, white gel pen, scissors
