I popped over to Splitcoast and checked out the Ways to Use It challenge yesterday. The challenge was to use plaid. I LOVE plaid, so I found a plaid designer paper (My Mind's Eye's Fresh Linens) in my stash and paired it up with these pretty flowers from LAD's Floral Frenzy.
I mostly did the card layers in slightly darker colors and the flowers in paler shades. The flowers are embossed on solid card stocks using detail white embossing powder. Then I arranged them with a few buttons. The ribbon is American Crafts. The scalloped edge a Martha Stewart Punch. The sentiment punch is Marvy's largest scalloped oval.
