For those of you not ready to welcome the Snow Fairy yet, here's a cheerful, happy spring fairy. LOL.I colored with SU! markers on water color paper. Layered on some of Basic Grey's Romani line. Added a few swirls from my Hello Kitty Sizzix die. Fairy and sentiment by Lizzie Anne available here.
