When I sat down to make this card for Dawn's Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #9, I had an idea in my head but no large butterfly die cuts or chipboard or anything. So, I printed this one out from Photoshop, and it was just the ticket. I stamped it with Background Basics: Retro in Wild Wasabi and cut it out. I inked the edges with the same ink for a little definition. I glued the center of the body flat and pop dotted the wings for more movement. I had a heck of a time getting a decent picture of this, so I hope this one at least gives you the idea. Stamps- Background Basics: Retro, Polka Dot Basics (PTI); Take Three (SU!)
Paper- black, wasabi (SU!); vintage cream (PTI)
Ink- cloud white (VersaMagic), wasabi (SU!), onyx black (VersaFine)
Other- butterfly punch (Martha Stewart), long scallop rectangle die (Spellbinders), rhintstones (DCWV), pop dots

Oh, how great that you used your big butterfly with Take Three -- perfect! I admire how determined you were to make this work for you, and you sure pulled it off. I would have sworn that was a die cut butterfly!
